Tags organize your documents by topic or category. When you upload documents, Sputnik creates tags automatically based on the content. You can also create tags manually or ask Claude to tag documents for you.Click any tag to see all documents grouped under it. The tags page shows every tag in your project with a count of how many documents it contains.
Stars mark items as important. You can star documents, people, legal entities, and timeline events. Click the star icon to toggle it on or off.Stars are personal — each team member has their own. Use them to flag the most critical items in a large case so you can find them quickly.
The People page lists everyone identified across your documents — parties, witnesses, lawyers, and other individuals. Click a person to see every document where they appear and their role in each.The Legal Entities page works the same way for companies, organizations, and government agencies.
The Timeline page shows key dates and events extracted from your documents, ordered chronologically. This gives you a clear picture of how your case unfolded over time.
